OCZ Technology company improved their SSD versions with the suffix Max IOPS, optimized for higher speeds of random data : RevoDrive 3 Max IOPS and RevoDrive 3 X2 Max IOPS. If the characteristics of the first changed a little, the second offers increased up to 1900 MB / s and 1725 MB / s read and write speed serial data, respectively. Recording speed of random blocks of 4 KB up to 245 000 IO per second for the older models.  RevoDrive 3 Max IOPS is available in models with 120, 240 and 480 GB model with an index of X2 - in versions 240, 480 and 960 GB. Drives use MLC memory and controller SandForce SF-2281, support the architecture VCA 2.0. In order to communicate with the motherboard the drive use PCI Express x4 interface generation 2.0.
