On contemporary motherboards it is possible to meet four-pin port for fans connection  . As a rule, there are no more than two: one for processor cooler , another for the case fans. Such connector realize the fan rotation control with the aid of pulse-modulation. Interacting with temperature monitoring , such fans ensure flexible dynamic control of rotation speed, and therefore the noise level at idle time is usually low. The company coolerMaster in this month prepares to release unique fans concentrator , which possess the four-pin power connector. This device was called Wind rider (RF-BFN-PBUA-GP). This device is directly connected to the power connector of type molex, it is also connected to one fans on the motherboard. To other five ports on this device are left to connected additional fan - in this case all fan change their rotation speed according to the temperature monitoring. In idle time fans speed can be reduced by 35%. User can control the fans speed , reducing the supply voltage from 12v  up to 6 v. lower noise level with the constant effectiveness .
