Intel and  InterDigital , wireless technologies developer, announced an agreement under which the company from Santa Clara will go about 1,700 patents and applications.  The deal is estimated at $ 375 million, all the necessary procedures will be completed by the end of the third quarter.  Intellectual property, which Intel will have access, are for the third cellular standards (3G) and fourth (LTE) generations, as well as wireless data networks, Wi-Fi. InterDigital Activities is to develop fundamental wireless technologies that are used in mobile phones and networks.  The use of these technologies InterDigital licenses leading mobile phone manufacturers, but in July 2011, the company announced a desire to sell the entire business.   The deal will contribute to the promotion of Intel in the mobile segment.   Related Products :
