Samsung has introduced the fastest NAND-flash memory products for smartphones and tablets - 16, 32 and 64-chip Gb eMMC.  Such semiconductor devices are in the form of single solutions that combine a few crystals of flash memory and controller.  They are released in compliance with the latest specifications eMMC - e-MMC v4.5.  In future, the company will launch a similar memory standard UFS , UFS 1.1. The new Samsung memory is released with the use of process technology, Class 20 nm.  It uses an asynchronous interface Toggle DDR 2.0.  The formal name of product - eMMC Pro Class 1500.  The disk system is based on eMMC Pro Class 1500 is able to provide consistent read and write at the level of, respectively, 140 Mb / s and 50 MB / s.  In terms of IOPS rate of operations with random blocks of up to 3500/1500 , which is four times higher than previous records.   Related Products :
