NVIDIA released new high-end mobile GPU.  Now it is time to more popular device: GT 645M and GT 625M. The junior model is based on GT 625M : is not the newest GF117 chip.  At the disposal of the accelerator are 96 cores CUDA.  Core frequency is 625 MHz, DDR3 memory and 2GB is clocked at 1800 MHz.  The memory bus is 64 bits. More productive model GT 645M is based on the new chip GK107 and has at its disposal 384 core CUDA.  GPU operates at a frequency of 710 MHz.  Memory up to 2GB is clocked at 1800 MHz, in the case of DDR3, and 4 GHz, with GDDR5 memory  .  In both cases, the memory bus width - 128 bits.   Memory bandwidth is 14.4 GB / s for the GT 625M, 28,8 GB / s for the GT 645M (DDR3) and 64 GB / s for the GT 645M, GDDR5  .
