According to our associate , Toshiba corporation will release new notebook models : dynabook satellite series TXW with preinstalled OS Windows vista home premium. The cost of high end model, TXW/67CW, will be about 1500 dollars, and low-end, TXW/66CW, will compose 1050 dollars. The cost of the same notebooks but with preinstalled software office personal 2007 will be 165 dollars higher.

Toshiba TXW/67CW is built on base of processor core 2 Duo t5500 (1,66 GHz) and chipset intel 945GM express (with built-in graphic system), it is equipped with 2 Gb memory (PC 2-5300) and 120-Gb hard disk. Declared operation time is limited to 1,1 hour.

Toshiba TXW/66CW is built on base of processor celeron M 440 (1,86 GHz) and chipset intel 943GML express is equipped with 1 Gb memory (PC 2-4200). Operation Time the is limited to 0,9 hours.

The remaining characteristics of two models are identical: 15,4- inch LCD- display 1280x800, multiformat DVD- drive, four ports USB 2.0, port IEEE 1394, expressCard/54, SD/SDHC/MMC/memory stick (PRO)/xD-Picture card, built-in adapter IEEE 802.11b/g Ethernet, VGA and S -Video .

The notebook sizes compose 362x267,8x33,5-39,3 mm, its weight is equal to 2,8 kg.
