According to chairman of CMC Magnetics, Robert Vaughn, 2013 outlast all optical disc manufacturers. Most of the players in the second and third-tier carriers stopped production in 2012. The market will improve after the sale of stocks, which promises to put pressure on retail prices. Their cost will rise by about 50%.
