Recent analyst reports ( IDC and Gartner ) have clearly shown that the personal computer market in the first quarter fell more than expected.  Among the reasons for the declining interest in computers is called a factor such as public acceptance of the new operating system of Microsoft - Windows 8.   IDC and Gartner both noted in the first quarter, the growth in sales of  Apple computers (and  not tablet), although NPD Group has recorded a decline in sales of products for the company.  The spread between the two groups of analysts was as much as 15%.  In other words, NPD Group says that it was bad for all, not just Microsoft.  And Windows 8 is not to blame. The main problem in reducing the interest of buyers to the PC,  experts say is the touch screen.  Buyers would be happy to buy a new product with amazing features like touch sensor recognition, but the price issue scares many .  Therefore, pre-loaded with touch screen in the first quarter were sold only 10% of the device.  The average cost of such laptop was $ 750 (75% of them were over $ 500).  The PC market will continue to show a negative trend.  February discount touch notebooks have shown that this practice results in tangible dividends.
