Today AMD Company removes NDA (non disclosure agreement) for the publication of review with video card series radeon HD 2600 and Radeon HD 2400, whose announcement will took place in the current block. AMD, plan to start sales of those new video card in the second quarter of 2007. Directly the video card series radeon HD 2600 and Radeon HD 2400 will be put on the market in the second half-year, at the beginning of July.

The characteristics of those video card are already available in our site . The prices level , as promised will be completely attractive :

Radeon HD 2600 XT - > $119-149;
Radeon HD 2600 Pro - > $89-99;
Radeon HD 2400 XT - > $75-85;
Radeon HD 2400 Pro - > $50-55.

The version radeon HD 2600 XT with GDDR-4 memory will cost $149, and the most popular version radeon HD 2600 XT with GDDR- 3 memory will cost $119. Let us note that, even Radeon HD 2600 XT can be satisfied with passive cooling.

Those video card can have different adaptability to the crossfire technology in the hardware level, which implies to the use of flexible bridges for data exchange between video cards. For example, if Radeon HD 2600 XT is always equipped with crossfire connection bridge , then Radeon HD 2600 Pro can not be.
