We already talked about intel motherboard on base of integrated chipset SIS. As reports associate in the fourth quarter 2007,  SIS company  will present the chipsets family 680  , which has one chip layout. The majority of chipsets series SIS 680 will possess the graphic core mirage 4, which ensures directX 10 support and Shader model 4.0. This graphic core will also support video decoding hardware acceleration ( blu-ray and HD DVD ). It will also support HDMI and HDCP. Memory in all cases it will be single-channel, SIS 680  support the regimes DDR 2-800 or DDR 2-1066. Twenty lines PCI express will be divided between one slot PCI express x16 and four devices or slots PCI  express x1. The number of USB 2.0 ports will be equal to ten. This Chipset support four ports SATA-300, the sound controller class HD and gigabit net port. The differences between the chipsets version in the series SIS 680 can be studied according to the following table: Focus attention, that many chipsets in this series support the processors intel with 1333 MHz system bus. Those motherboard on base of SIS 680 chipsets will be compatible with 45 nm processors generation penryn.
