Yesterday intel company published report about the activity results for the second quarter 2007 At this event in press conference , Intel chapter stated about the readiness to release 45 nm products in the the end of present year. As we know, in the fourth quarter will takes place the announcement of  four core servers processors harpertown and the extreme version yorkfield for desktop segment. Major 45 nm processors portion will appear in the first quarter 2008. Price war with AMD did not past without leaving trace for Intel. In particular according to intel representatives , their competitor strengthened the price pressure in the lower desktop segment part . It is expected that in the remained time prior to the end of year , the price pressure will be preserved in this segment, and this will aggravate competition in the mobile sector. In the server segment , intel feels more confidently. In the second quarter intel brought the fraction of mobile processors to 40%. In comparison with the first quarter this year, intel gain in the second quarter is lower by 2% , income from operations was reduced by 19%, and the net income was reduced by 22%. However, if we compare the results of the second quarter with analogous period last year, then here Intel has an increase in the net income by 44%. Especially grew in processors demand for the developing markets sensitively reacted in the prices reduction  . Intel plans to improve its profitability's indices in this half-year due to expenditures reduction . This will be achieved with continuous company restructuring and technological processes optimization  . Since intel profitability's indices in the second quarter was lowered, the actions of company yesterday fell by 5%. Related Products :
