Although Kingmax and does not indicate any specific technical information about the new product, limiting it only to mention the controller being used, storage devices used chip flash memory Micron, produced at rates of 20-nm process technology. And almost certainly here combined different types of memory (as is done in Crucial M550): in less capacious models 64 and 128 GB memory is used on the crystals at 64 Gbps, and in the older 256 and 512 GB - storage density in crystals 128 Gbps.
