During November AMD and NVIDIA will present the video card series radeon HD 2950 on base of RV670 chip and geForce 8800 GT on base of g92 chip .
It was considered that the video card geForce 8800 GT will be presented on 12 November, and video card radeon HD 2950 Pro will be availabe one week later. But here NVidia decided to change its plan. First, the announcement Of geForce 8800 GT was transferred to earlier period - on 29 October, 2007. Second, during this day Nvidia will unnoticeably present the new version geForce 8800 GTS with 640 mb GDDR- 3 memory and increased from 96 to 112 pieces quantities of shader processors.  Previously NVIDIA planned to remove all video card series geForce 8800 GTS , but now we have a new geForce 8800 GTS 640 mb. The most interesting, that NVIDIA will not have official measures, connected with the announcement of new version geForce 8800 GTS 640 mb., and it simply will replace the existing version in the working order. NVIDIA Partners will add to new the video card suffixes like Plus or Extreme. The card design will remain as before.  Here is the photographs of standard video card geForce 8800 GT. The cooler is sufficiently modest on its overall sizes it occupies only one slot expansion. This must prove useful for the work Of geForce 8800 GT in triple SLI regime .
