Acer company continues to present its new mobile device. Following Acer Liquid X1, Acer Liquid E700, Acer Liquid E600 and Acer Liquid Z200 debuted smartphone Acer Liquid Jade and fitness tracker Liquid Leap.
Acer Liquid Jade is positioned as the world's smallest 5-inch smartphone. Case size 140,5 x 69 x 6,8-7,5 mm and weight 120 grams.
In Acer Liquid Jade there is a 5-inch touch screen with IPS-working resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels with support for Zero Air Gap. It is based on processor MediaTek MT6582, supplemented with 1 GB of RAM. Storage internal drive 8 or 16 GB, depending on the configuration. Expand the built-in memory, you can use the card microSD. On the back side of the smartphone is the main camera with 13-megapixel sensor and aperture f/1.8.
Tentatively, the sale of a new smartphone Acer Liquid Jade in Europe and Asia will start in the third quarter of this year. Its retail price will not exceed 300 euros. The machine will be delivered with Android 4.4.2 KitKat on board.
As for Acer Liquid Leap, it is a fitness tracker that counts calories burned, , distance and monitors your sleep. Connecting to mobile devices is performed via a wireless Bluetooth 4.0 interface with low power consumption. Initially, Acer Liquid Leap will only work in conjunction with the smartphone Acer Liquid Jade. But soon Acer promises will add support for mobile devices on iOS and Android.
