Today appeared the test results of phenom processor at 3.0 GHz frequency in superPI 1M and SuperPI 32M applications  . Memory volume was 2 X 1 Gb working in the mode DDR 2-750 as yesterday, and here latency were lowered to 3- 3- 3- 9-1T. The test  superPI 1M was executed in 27,531 seconds, the test superPI 32M was executed in 26 minutes 28,531 second. Let us not that this application is not multi threaded but from the first view Conroe and Penryn processor look a lot faster than new AMD Processor .   Related Products :

	Guys, one processor is not only a test result. Maybe there are CPU\'s faster in super pi, but let,s see what is the behavior of the Phenom in the applications and the heavy games. PS I have both - AMD and Intel machine,s at home, so I am neutral.

for reference my 9600+ Phenom @ 2.3Ghz with 4gb ddr800 running 4-4-4-12t stock timings did 32M Super Pi in 30m 53s. 3dmark cpu score of 3024 (we\'ll ignore the rest of that score since i was benching with a 7300gs to make sure everything is cpu-bound) I\'ll also hazard a guess and say that the relaxed memory timings and downclocking on the memory wont have helped the score any. although if your overclocking a 9600 upto 3ghz i guess any stability enhancement you can get you\'d take.

	Most phenom overclock to 2.4-2.5 in the best case up to 2.6 ghz . Is this an engening model ?
