ASUS, which steadily gaining momentum in the mobile world, 22 October, at its technical seminar showed newly PadFone S. According to the manufacturer, the novelty has high-quality screen, high-performance platform and rich functionality. The smartphone is equipped with a 5-inch FullHD screen covered with a protective glass Gorilla Glass 3 and oleophobic layer.  The device supports wireless charging standard Qi, contains a module of the near field (NFC) and has a 13-megapixel camera PixelMaster.   PadFone S complies IPX2, which protects it from splashes and drops. Characteristics of the smartphone is not the most advanced, but very decent.  There is support for LTE-Advanced (Cat4), connector for high-capacity memory cards, and the rest of the required set of features and capabilities.  In the picture below shows the main parameters PadFone S. The software part of the device is presented proprietary shell ASUS ZenUI, working on the basis of Android 4.4.2.  The interface has a lot of interesting details.  In particular mention of such functions for the organization and planning tasks, such as What's Next and Do It Later .  They should allow to efficiently manage tasks for the day. Under the back cover, you can find a non-removable battery  2300 mAh, and one slot for a Micro SD memory card and Micro SIM-card.   A few words about the hardware capabilities and performance.  In the interior of the device is installed quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 801 2.3 GHz with Adreno 330. RAM is 2 GB.  We managed to conduct performance testing in test AnTuTu.  The result was impressive and even surprising.   And what about the camera  Here, too, everything should be fine.  PadFone S is equipped with a 13-megapixel main camera with PixelMaster 5-element optical system aperture of F / 2.0.  The camera interface will offer us a lot of settings, shooting modes and interesting features.
