Intel has made adjustments to the schedule release of new server processors. The solution generation Broadwell (Xeon E3-1200 v4) should come out at the same time, it will create quite an interesting precedent in Intel assortment policy . In the second quarter 2015 should appear the system-on-chip Broadwell-DE (Xeon D / Atom C), oriented to microserver segment.
At the end of this year, Intel will begin to withdraw from the production lines the existing solutions Itanium, Xeon, Xeon Phi and Atom.
