A week earlier, HP introduced its version of the printer for printing volumetric models. The device uses a proprietary technology that combines traditional inkjet printing, and baking powder materials. In general, HP technology promises to reduce the price of industrial 3D-printers by up to 50%, and the price range for a modern device starts with $ 100,000 and ends at $ 1 million.
But the problem is not only in price. HP printers create volumetric models sufficiently complex and large. The company said that to reduce size of desktop version is not yet possible in the foreseeable future, HP is not going to do it. The first experimental model of 3D-printers company sent to customers in early 2015. Commercial release and sale of the unit will begin in 2016. Related Products :
