In the first quater 2008 , AMD plan to release video card on base of chip RV635, witch will replace the RV630 and offer the PCI Express 2.0 and DirectX 10.1 support . The power requirement for new AMD chip will be low since they are produced on 55 NM process . AMD will use a new notation for video card : RV635 XT -> Radeon HD 3670; RV635 Pro -> Radeon HD 3650. Such notification was already seen in  Radeon HD 38xx products. RV635 will present the support to PCI Express 2.0 and DirectX 10.1, here is the characteristic of video card on its base : Radeon HD 3670 -> 120 stream processor , 16 texture units , 8 texture filter blocks, 4 Rops , 128 bits memory bus , frequency 800/1600 Mhz, 256 MB GDDR-3 memory; Radeon HD 3650 -> 120 stream processor , 16 texture units , 8 texture filter blocks, 4 Rops , 128 bits memory bus , frequency 600/1000 Mhz, 512 MB GDDR-2 memory. Let us note that Radeon HD 3670 and Radeon HD 3650 support GDDR-4 video chip. currently the RV635 video chip is in A11 revision.   Related Products :
