We already talk about DDR3-2000 since May this year. For example, last month A-DATA company introduced kits memory 2 x 2 GB working at DDR3-2000 with timing 9-9-9-24 and voltage from 2.05 to 2.15 V. The fastest serial modules DDR-3 was released by Walton Chaintech company, which was announced as Apogee GT DDR3-2000 series Blazer, it work with timing 9-8-8-24.  Like its predecessors memory modules DDR3-1800 from Walton Chaintech are equipped with cooling system Cool It Smart. Apparently the DDR3-2000 from Walton Chaintech is also based on the legendary Micron chips series D9G .
