In 5 August will officially debut two quad-core 14-nm processor generation Skylake-S: Core i7-6700K and Core i5-6600K, endowed with free multiplier and socket LGA 1151. In Australia some store are ready to offer boxed processors of these models for a couple of days before the official announcement - at $ 472 for the Core i7-6700K and $ 342 for the Core i5-6600.
Special attention is given to the box of both processors. Core i7 has received major mention of a processor with free multiplier in LGA 1151 against the backdrop of rapidly smeared image reddish tones, and Core i5 box decorated in blue and green tones.
The back of the box contains a lot more useful information: the presence of the graphics system Intel HD Graphics 530, support for dual-channel memory types DDR3L and DDR4, the need to use the processor in a compatible motherboard with socket LGA 1151.
