Trodas Czech enthusiast managed to set a kind of anti-record HWBot with CPU Pentium P54C generation with a default frequency of 90 MHz and motherboard Asus TXP4-X based on the chipset Intel 430TX. The author of the experiment was able to force the processor to run at a frequency of 10.75 MHz. Even with the presence of 384 MB of RAM SDRAM, with such frequency the processor took more than 15 minutes to load the Windows XP operating system !
Note that the video card was ATI Rage XL interface PCI. The author of the record notes that the frequency of the bus during the experiment did not exceed 7.14 MHz. The CPU was air-cooled, which is quite natural in such circumstances.
