Two AMD partners transfer progressive graphical solutions in AGP 8x interface : the corresponding Radeon HD 3850 versions will be released by PowerColor and Sapphire company . Both are equipped with additional power connector .

The AGP- version Radeon HD 3850 512 mb from Sapphire will be proposed for $260. In Japanese stores the video card Radeon HD 3850 512 mb with AGP 8x interface, released by PowerColor (TUL) company appeared today.

This card cost approximately $315.

Radeon HD 3850 Version with PCI Express x16 interface supports DirectX 10.1. Theoretically the AGP version is capable to support DirectX 10 but until the moment we are waiting for the special drivers .

Let us recall that this video card is equipped with alternative cooling system from ZEROtherm, default frequencies are equal to 668/1656 MHz. Note also that this card do not support sound transmission through HDMI adapter . This function is proposed for PCI Express x16 interface only .

i bought this graphics card recently and so far all i have had is problems one minute it works then it does`nt when it does work my sound does`nt when the sound works the graphics card does`nt i have tried a sound card a onboard sound and nothing seems to work
