The announcement of GeForce 9800 gx2 (two-chip product) will be released during March in the present year. Many NVIDIA partners are prepared to demonstrate GeForce 9800 gx2 in exhibition CeBIT 2008, which will pass in Germany from 4 to 9 March.

With reference to NVIDIA information , the announcement of GeForce 9800 gx2 was reported to 11 March. Nvidia partners did not obtain operational video card, and the final clock frequencies values were not affirmed.

Simultaneously NVIDIA recommended to all partners to place on the boxes with GeForce 9800 GX2 reminders about the need to use eight and six-pin power connector .

Associate asserts that the announcement of GeForce 9800 gx2 will be delayed for two reasons. First, NVIDIA is dissatisfied by the speed of two chip GeForce 9800 gx2. This can be corrected by drivers. In the second place, system integrators have to study the heat emission level of the existing models GeForce 9800 gx2.
