Acer presented two new notebook models acer aspire 6920 and acer aspire 8920, whose are equipped with 18- inch wide-format screens. According to the company, Acer Aspire 8920 is the first in the world portable computer, supporting the functions dolby digital true 5.1 and equipped with six built-in dynamic loudspeakers  including low-frequency dynamic loudspeaker acer tuba cineBass. The display Of aspire 8920 has the resolution 1920 x 1080  (Full HD). The display use the technology WCG+ (Wide colorGamut plus) which as it is asserted, allow to transmit up to 100% more natural colors . FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I bought this unit ($1,500) based on the Acer website specs for the unit which includes, among other things, Bluetooth. Guess what? The website lied, there is no Bluetooth. I called and wrote Acer and all I got back was \"we apologize for the inconvenience but we are not responsible for the information on our website\" - ???!!!?? Are you kidding me? If we can\'t use the manufacturers own website to get accurate information about their products, where can we go? Bluetooth was a major reason I bought the unit. As I write this - one month after initially talking to Acer - the false information remains on their website!! Avoid Acer, they have ZERO customer accountability and now I\'m stuck with this thing.

	Ok, there are a lot of computers in the ACER line up that look like this one. I have a high end 6920 and i can guarantee that it has bluetooth in it. Maybe you do not have the drivers for it, or maybe you do not have a 8920?

	Ok, everybody complaining about theirs not having Blu-ray bought the cheap version (as there are diferent ranges of the 8920), I paid abou $2200 (CDN) for mine, it has blu-ray, Nvidia 9500M, the 4gigs of RAM. A helpful hint to first time buyers: research, do it. Great computer, great for watching movies, even to an audience of 5 or more.

	SAME PROBLEM XP. Boyfriend bought the Acer 8920 for the Bluetooth! And well no damn bluetooth, he payed about the same amount and complained and they didnt do anything about it. One thing we might of found out is that for some reason the smaller Acer 9820 had it and he got the bigger one.
