According to official road map AMD company will increase the frequency potential of 65 nm phenom processors . It is assumed that the first 45 nm processors deneb with four core and 6 mb divided cache in the third level will appear during November or even October, and at the end of 2008 , AMD will present the four core processor propus without cache in the third level. Propus processors will have the reduced chip without cache in the third level, which favorably will affect their prime cost.
We already published deneb processor screen shot stepping C0 with unknown frequency .

It is expected that motherboard producers will obtain the 45 nm AMD processors models during August or September this year. From other side, it is known that 65 nm phenom processors in their development will reach the frequencies 2.7-2.8 GHz, and then 45 nm processors will improve those numbers.
With the release of new phenom stepping the priority will return to the growth in clock frequencies. It was also noted, that 45 nm processors will be released in the second-half year. Let us add that the production flexibility processes allow AMD to increase the production frequency potential within one stepping.
Thus, we can not assert that 65 nm phenom processors will not be developed further after the release of B3 stepping .
