The fundamental characteristics of mass cards on base of video processors GeForce 9500 GT and 9500 GS are already known . However, characteristics can change with time. As reports associate, NVIDIA company prepares two new mass products, the same geForce 9500 GT and 9500 GS, but they will obtain already the 55- nm core g96, and not the 65- nm version. The new chips versions , produced according to the thinner technical process standards , will have revision B1 and C1, and the 65- nm version will be A1. GeForce 9500 GT will obtain the code designation D9M-30 and GPU frequency equal to 550 MHz, and 128- bit GDDR 3- memory will operate at 800 MHz frequency. The GeForce 9500 GS will get the code D9M-25. Its frequency: 550/500 MHz. | ||
