Team (Taiwan company) , which is specialized in memory modules , Flash - memory cards , USB- disk and solid-state storage (SSD), showed its new products in exhibition computex taipei 2008.  In particular, we note the USB- device series supreme with capacity from 8 to 64 GB .  Concerning solid-state storages, Team presented the 2,5- inch IDE pro SSD with IDE interface (ATA- 5, Ultra DMA, PIO mode 4), made on SLC memory , which ensure high-speed characteristics . The speed of this device is 56 MB./s (read) and 26 MB./s (write). In addition , Team showed the notebook memory models elite DDR2 800/667 SO-DIMM capacity 1 and 2 GB.
