PowerColor company proposes the video card radeon HD 4650 SCS3 with a noiseless cooling system.  This video card is equipped with 512 mb GDDR2 memory , default frequencies are equal to 600/1000 MHz. This company also intends to release the radeon HD 4650 version with 1 Gb DDR-2 memory . Furthermore, PowerColor proposes the video card radeon HD 4670 with the flower layout cooler.
