Super talent company this week presented two new solid-state disk, MasterDrive OX and PX.
The first is the 2,5- inches model built on base of flash- memory type MLC NAND. The modification added in those model is the improved memory controllers . In this case masterDrive OX can has up to 150 MB./s (reading) and writing up to 100 MB/s . the price of 32- GB model composes 149 dollars, 64- GB model cost 259 dollars, 128- GB model : 419 dollars.  The series masterDrive PX uses a high-speed memory SLC NAND, the reading speed is up to 170 MB./s , the writing is 130 MB./s. The 32- GB model will cost 499 dollars, and the elder, 64- GB version : 849 dollars. Related Products : | ||
