Acer company , released a mobile computers with support to wiMAX networks . The discussion deals with the models aspire 4930-6862 and Aspire 6930-6771. The release of those notebooks is synchronized with USA first wide-band wireless network wiMAX, which belongs to XOHM operator . Those notebook are based on intel centrino 2 platform.The Wireless connection is ensured by the combined module WiMAX/ wi-Fi, known under the code name : Echo peak.
