AMD Company officially reported about the completion of transaction with Broadcom. Let us recall, the object of transaction became the sale of subdivision, which is specialized in development and release of digital TV processors  . The sale of subdivision is a part of restructuring strategy , directed to the concentration of efforts in the basic activity regions  : for AMD they are the development of x86- microprocessors and graphical solutions.
