ELSA company , which proposes in Japan video card consumer class, recently presented the alternative version GeForce 9800 GTX+.
Actually the printed-circuit board (PCB) was shortened from 267 to 229 mm! The cooler was also updated, it obtained a larger fan, which allow to reduce the video chip temperature by 7 degree Celsius in the quiescent conditions. The power system was also updated , now in the quiescent conditions it consumes 8 W less electric power .  Instead of two traditional six-power connector this video card uses only one .  This video card has 512 MB GDDR3 memory , working at 738/1836/2200 MHz frequencies with 256- bit memory bus .  ELSA simultaneously released he video card : Gladiac GeForce GTX 260 V2 896MB, which uses the new video chip version ( with 216 stream processors ).
