Corsair company announced the ultra-high speed DDR 3-2000 memory for core i7 based systems . The new memory complete sets with 6 GB volume (3 X 2 GB) operate at 2000 MHz DDR frequency, using only 1.65 v and timing are 7-8-7-20, which at the given moment is the best indices among analogous solutions. All memory modules series dominator GT are equipped with the cooling system DHX.
Currently only one memory producer supplies similar memory chips , capable of holding such timing in the regime DDR 3-2000 with 1.65 v. Such memory chips are released by Elpida. They are prepared on 50 NM technical process and are capable of working at frequency 2500 MHz DDR.  It is expected that the price of the new memory complete sets from Corsair will be $500.
