The fastest SSD are produced in the PCI express x8 interface , built-in RAID controller and SDRAM memory buffer. An analogous device in the series RAIDSSD is prepared by super talent company and it will appear during June.
This device will obtain the interface PCI express x8, and the promised data transmission speeds will be 1,2Gb/s ( reading operations ) and 1,3Gb/s ( writing operations ) . Producer promised support to capacities up to 2 Tb.  Protection from data loss in the built-in memory buffer is ensured by the built-in battery. The company also proposes many SSD models , oriented for different users categories - from the owners of servers to the amateurs of games. RAIDSSD devices series can be released in the form factor 2.5 " or 3.5 ", with PATA or SATA interface. Related Products : | ||
