We already reported that NVIDIA plans to remove from production the current version GeForce GTX 295. The production prime cost of the two separate card and complex cooling system clearly did not arrange the producer. The two-layered sandwich will be replaced by a single-card version GeForce GTX 295. Remaining characteristics will not change – two chips GT200, two 448- bit memory bus , 1792 MB memory volume. The Graphic processor GT200 will get 240 stream processor , and 28 blocks ROP's. Clock frequencies will be 576/1242/1998 MHz for the core, shader domain and video memory respectively.      The Cooling system now consists on two individual radiators for the graphic processors and one general fan. Thus, the HDMI interface disappeared , and the power-supply system was downgraded to 3+1. The memory chips are located in the two printed-circuit board sides without coordination. Related Products : | ||
