PowerColor asserts that the green version radeon HD 4650 consumes up to 38% less electric power than GeForce 9500 GT, and the green version radeon HD 4350 up to 24% less than the GeForce 8400 GS. The performance level in this case is higher by 22% and 36% respectively.
Radeon HD 4650 with passive cooling system SCS3 is equipped with 512 mb DDR-2 memory and work at 600/800 MHz frequencies, 128- bit bus and 320 stream processors . Radeon HD 4350 has analogous frequencies and memory capacity, but it is satisfied by 64- bit bus and 80 stream processors. Furthermore, it has simpler passive cooling system SCS without heat pipes.
