Since in the beginning of economic crisis Intel company  was forced to shut some enterprises for assembling and testing  micros-chip, and to also stop two factories on the chips production  . In this complex situation Intel did not forego financing the building of its first Chinese factory on the production of semiconductor chips. In the building Intel will engage about $2,5 billion, on its completion fab 68 had to begin the production of chipset on 90 nm technology. Associate with the reference to Intel representatives  reported that Fab 68 in the Chinese province will originally use 65 nm technology and 300 mm silicic plates.
