TUL Company, which releases video card under the trade mark powerColor, in Computex 2009 stated about the new budget brand VTX 3d, whose production would be arranged in the price hierarchy lower than powerColor articles .
On this week 11 models video card VTX 3d radeon HD 4xxx were noted in Japanese stores. Some models were presented in two versions, and as a whole the model number was covered by Radeon HD 4350, Radeon HD 4650, Radeon HD 4670, Radeon HD 4850, Radeon HD 4870 and Radeon HD 4890.  The boxes of video card are designed in the color range: red, white, black and silvery .The radeon HD 4890 is proposed in the standard design, remaining video card are based on the original printed-circuit boards.
