The yesterday's announcement of new processors socket AM3 brought some changes in AMD lists price  , but they proved to be unexpected. First, the reductions of athlon II X2 250 (3.0 GHz) processor price  did not occur. In the second place, the processor phenom II X2 545 (3.0 GHz) did not get in the OEM- segment. Moreover, the processor phenom II X2 550 Black edition (3.1 GHz) became more expansive from $102 to $105! Obviously, this increase in some degree compensates the limited profitability of processor sales  - it is made from the four core crystals with 6 mb cache in the third level. Most likely, Phenom II X2 545 did not appear in the retail sector for related reasons. From AMD price list disappeared the four core Phenom II X4 810 (2.6 GHz) with the reduced to 4 mb volume in the third level, and also processors series phenom II X4 9x0 socket AM2+. The number of three core processors phenom II X3 7x0 socket AM3 was reduced to one model with the free multiplier.
