One of the first USB 3.0 controllers was presented by NEC company during May, but only now certification organs began to issue the official documents, which confirm the compatibility of products with the USB 3.0 interface. It is completely regular, that the controller NEC uPD720200 is the first series product, which received the certificate of compatibility with USB 3.0. This controller allows to realize two USB 3.0 ports in the system, which supports PCI express bus. Asus company intends to use this controller on its motherboards. Other microcircuit producers already propose bridges USB 3.0 - > SATA and USB 3.0 - > PCI express, and also they plan to demonstrate on IDF fall 2009 digital cameras with the USB 3.0 interface.
