The Taiwan producer of case, power units and cooling systems xigmatek announced a new processor cooler model xigmatek balder SD1283. This new cooler is the optimized version of the model dark knight.
The cooler is based on the technology HDT (Heat-pipe direct touch).
The mirror base surface ensures the best contact with the heat-distributor cover . Cooling fins are made from nickel-plated aluminum, and the heat pipes with 8 mm diameter: from nickel-plated copper.  Fan Technical characteristics :
xigmatek balder SD1283 is intended for use with AMD processors AM2, AM2+, AM3 and Intel LGA 775, 1156 and 1366.  The overall cooler sizes are equal to 120 X 50 X 159 mm, and 700 g weight.
