We already examined the photographs of HD 5750 and HD 5770 in the reference design. On the first slide in detail we have the architecture of graphic processor juniper. According to the characteristics, this is the half of graphic processor cypress, utilized in elder series radeon HD 5800. GPU will count 800 stream processors (80 in each SIMD). Furthermore, the processor has 40 textural blocks (TMU) and 16 blocks scanning operations (ROP). 128- bit memory GDDR5 is capable of ensuring up to 76,8 GB/s. On the following two slides two graphic accelerators models are listed. The elder model radeon HD 5770 with 1 GB memory uses the maximum GPU possibilities . With the core frequency 850 MHz and the memory frequency  4800 MHz it shows the computational power, equal to 1,36 teraflops. The energy consumption of video card at the idle time and load is 18 and 108 W respectively. The recommended by producer price for radeon HD 5770 is $159. In the low-end model radeon HD 5750 one SIMD is blocked  and, therefore, it is characterized by 720 stream processors and 32 textural blocks. This video card is accessible in versions with 512 MB or 1 GB memory, which works at the frequency 4600 MHz. With the core frequency 700 MHz, its productivity reaches 1,008 teraflops. Energy consumption at the idle  time and load is 16 and 86 W respectively. Prices of Radeon HD 5750 are equal to $109 and $129 depending on the memory capacity. Both graphic accelerator models support DirectX 11 and the technology ATI eyefinity. Furthermore, here is the test result of ASUS radeon HD 5770 in 3DMark vantage, 3DMark06 and FurMark. Test Configuration includes: the processor AMD phenom II X4 945, 4 GB memory DDR 3-1333 and 64-bit OS Windows 7. In 3DMark06 the new card collected 15348  . However, in 3DMark vantage on the GPU part it was slower than the remaining participants as minimum by 1000 marks. After 187 seconds in the test furMark the average frames quantity was equal to 93. The GPU temperature did not exceed 83 degrees, but at rest the video card temperature was 67 degrees. Radeon HD 5700 release will take place on 13 October. Related Products :
