MSI company prepares the release of a new motherboard based on AMD 790X chipset and south bridge SB710. This motherboard is called MSI 790X-G45 and it is intended for use with the processors phenom and Athlon AM2, AM2+ and AM3. Among the special features, it is possible to isolate the energy-saving technology active phase switching (APS), which control the power source with the automatic change of phases for the processor and other motherboard components .
New model has four slots for memory modules DDR 2-1066 (overclock up to 1200) and six SATA- II. For the installation of graphic accelerators the motherboard is equipped with two slots PCI- E x16 with support of crossFireX regime . Furthermore, on the motherboard there is a adapter gigabit ethernet, eight-channel sound VIA VT1828S and PATA.
Also this motherboard is supplied with CMOS button and with support the function easy OC switch.
