Like many others, gateway company , which is now the daughterly Acer enterprise , synchronized the production of new model gateway EC58, EC54 and EC14 with the release of operating system Windows 7.
New OS will be installed on gateway EC, which relates to two popular segments: mass, that includes models with the screen size 15,6 inches , and the segment super-light models with 11,6 inches screen. In both cases, the declared battery life reaches eight hours. Let us recall, that Windows's 7 official release is planned for tomorrow, on the same day start the sales of new notebook gateway EC..  Gateway EC58 and EC54 have a low weight (2,4 kg) and small thickness (2,5 cm), and also the application of the light-emitting diode in screen. The light mobile computer gateway EC14 is a compact device with a weight of about one and half kilograms it is equipped with full-scale keyboard and adapter 802.11b/g/n. The notebook case can have bright red or black color. Here is a sample of configuration for gateway eC1430u (in USA similar netbook will cost $550):
