Today nexus company presented the updated version of cooler nexus LOW-7000, announced during September last year. Like predecessor, the new version use, an active cooling system and it is based on the compact low-profile radiator. The device has overall sizes 138 x 123 x 70.3 mm and weight 475 gram. For operational heat removal from the central processor answer four 6 mm copper heat pipes , created on base of HOC technology (Heatpipe-on-Core). Radiator box is made from aluminum. 120- mm fan is supplied with slide bearings and works with the speed from 500 to 2000 rp/min maximum , the declared by Nexus specialist noise level for the model LOW-7000 R2 is 24 dB.
The new LOW-7000 R2 was compatible with the processors Intel LGA 755, 1156, 1366 and AMD socket AM2, AM3. | ||
