MSI released a new model MSi CR610 equipped with wide-format display with the diagonal 16 inches and resolution 1366 X 768 pixels. The use of a light-emitting diode allow to decrease energy consumption and to correspondingly, increase the off-line operation time.
From the technical side, MSI CR610 is the first MSI company notebook on base of the new mobile platform AMD tigris. Support to UVD2 reduces the load on the processor and ensures high productivity with HD video playback .
The motherboard is based on the chipset ATI RS880M and the dual core processor AMD Athlon II. Configuration includes up to 4 GB DDR2, hard disk with 500 GB and optical drive DVD-RW. Graphic system is the integrated accelerator ATI radeon HD4200.
Furthermore, the notebook is equipped with full-scale keyboard, web- camera 1,3 Mp, two stereo-dynamics loudspeaker, adapters gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, with card reader 4- in -1, three ports USB 2.0, eSATA and HDMI, and also with slot for expressCard.
The notebook dimensions are 374 X 247 X 18-30 mm, and its mass with the six-cell battery is equal to 2,48 kg.
