After withdrawal from the consumer segment, matrox graphics company was concentrated on the release of specialized graphical solutions. Yesterday this producer announced the 3d- card matrox m9188, designed for the installation in PCI express x16 slot. With the aid of this card it is possible to connect to one computer up to eight monitors with displayPort or DVI interface. The card matrox m9188 is equipped with 2 GB memory. Each of eight displayPort support resolution to 2560 x 1600 pixels (in the case of connection to Single-Link DVI resolution is equal to 1920 X 1200 ). This card support Linux, 32-bit and 64-bit versions Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP and Windows server 2003/2008.  Simultaneously was announced one additional model series M matrox m9128 LP. It is also designed for installation in PCI express x16 slot, but have only two displayPort. The memory capacity , installed on this model, is equal to 1 GB.  Sales Of matrox m9128 (M9128-E1024LAF) and M9188 (M9188-E2048F) will start in the current block for $259 and $1995 respectively.
