Furthermore, the controllers series SF-1000 are capable of increasing SSD longevity to 80 times in comparison with the existing solutions and removing the slowing-down effect during time.
OCZ technology company yesterday stated that it plans to use controller sandForce series SF-1200 and SF-1500 for the following generation of its SSD, oriented to consumer and corporate segments. These SSD will be based on SLC or MLC memory , equipped with SATA-300 or SAS 6 Gbit/s interfaces, and volumes will lie within the limits from 50 to 400 Gb. The announcements of concrete OCZ products will be made nearer to exhibition CES 2010, which will open the doors in the beginning of January.
