The anti monopolistic investigation, initiated by AMD against Intel company  , lasts already for several years. During September this year Intel acknowledged that it will dispute  during May the European controls penalty in the size of $1,45 billion . Intel and AMD company gave the joint statement about the opinion of all juridical claims, including actions on anti monopolistic investigation and disputes around the rights to the intellectual property. Both companies signed under the general statement the following content: Although the relations between our companies were in the past complex, this agreement will put an end to juridical differences and will allow companies to be concentrated on the development of new products . Simultaneously Intel and AMD concluded the five-year agreement about the cross licensing, which allow companies to use developments of each other. With entire democratism AMD leaves the dispute , since Intel agreed to pay off $1,25 billion, and also was obligated to change its business in the future. Related Products :
